Nous rappelons les bons vieux jours d’enfance à travers le jeu de société classique de Reversi! Dans ce jeu, un othellier 8x8 et 64 pions bicolores seront utilisés. Chacun des pions a un côté en noir et l’autre en blanc. Votre objectif est de terminer le jeu avec plus de pions retournés vers le côté de votre couleur plutôt que ceux de l’ordinateur.

Au début du jeu, soit le noir soit le blanc est assigné aléatoirement à chaque joueur, et 2 pions de chaque côté sont placés au centre des quatrième et cinquième rangées sur l’othellier. Le noir commence toujours et les joueurs poseront l’un après l’autre un pion de sa couleur sur le tablier. Un joueur doit capturer au moins un pion adverse, ou le jouer doit passer son tour. Pour capturer les pions adverses, un joueur devrait poser un pion sur le tablier d’une telle façon qu’il s’aligne horizontalement, verticalement ou diagonalement avec ses propres pions sans espaces entre eux, tandis qu’au moins un des pions de l’adversaire est complètement encerclé par eux sur la ligne. Tous les pions de l’adversaire qui sont coincés par les pions du joueur comme résultat du déplacement seront retournés et deviendront les pions du joueur. Le tableau d’affichage sur la gauche de l’écran montre le nombre actuel de pions de chaque côté. Pendant le tour d’un joueur, il doit finir ses déplacements dans la limite de temps donnée, comme indiquée par le chronomètre, ou il perdra. Le jeu se termine lorsque les deux joueurs ne puissent pas faire d’autres déplacements, et le joueur avec le plus de pions retournés vers son côté gagne.
