Reversi von FreeSweetGames bietet ein fesselndes und wunderschön gestaltetes Erlebnis für Fans des zeitlosen Brettspiels, das es einfach macht, sowohl alleine als auch gegen Freunde zu spielen.

Erinnern wir uns doch einmal an die guten alten Kindheitstage mit dem klassischen Brettspiel Reversi! In diesem Spiel werden ein 8x8-Raster-Spielbrett und 64 zweiseitige Spielsteine verwendet. Jeder Spielstein hat eine schwarze und eine weiße Seite. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, das Spiel so zu beenden, dass Sie mehr Steine auf Ihre Farbe umgedreht haben als der Computer.

Wenn das Spiel beginnt, wird per Zufallsprinzip jedem Spieler entweder Schwarz oder Weiß zugeteilt. Zwei Spielsteine von jeder Farbe werden in der Mitte der 4. und 5. Reihe auf dem Brett platziert. Schwarz macht immer den ersten Spielzug und die Spieler setzen abwechselnd Spielsteine auf das Brett. Ein Spieler muss mindestens einen Spielstein des Gegners fangen, sonst muss der Spieler passen. Um den Spielstein des Gegners zu fangen, muss ein Spieler einen Spielstein so auf das Brett setzen, dass er waagerecht, senkrecht oder diagonal mit seinen anderen Spielsteinen ohne leere Felder dazwischen eine Linie bildet. Dabei muss mindestens ein gegnerischer Spielstein komplett in der Linie eingeschlossen werden. Alle Spielsteine des Gegners, die aufgrund des Spielzugs von den Spielsteinen des Spielers gefangen wurden, werden umgedreht und gehören jetzt dem Spieler. Der Punktestand links auf dem Bildschirm zeigt die aktuelle Spielstein-Anzahl jeder Seite an. Während ein Spieler an der Reihe ist, muss er seine Spielzüge innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeitlimits beenden. Das Limit wird von dem Timer auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt. Gelingt es ihm nicht, verliert er. Das Spiel endet, wenn keiner der Spieler mehr Spielzüge machen kann, und der Spieler, der die meisten Spielsteine umgedreht hat, ist der Gewinner.
